Joanna Shear is the founder and managing director of Space Consultancy.
With over a decade of experience in the property industry under her belt, her mission is to provide the UK market with an exceptional and personal furniture procurement and installation service.
After studying a RICS accredited commercial valuation surveying degree at London’s Kingston University, Joanna gained great experience working within the property industry.
This included experience within a fund management company specialising in commercial real estate, fractional ownership sales of luxury residences, working within lettings at Marsh & Parsons and set up a serviced apartment division for a specialist HMO portfolio.
All of this has given her an inside knowledge of the market and has helped Joanna to be comfortable working with any size of client, from an individual landlord to international investment companies.
Her passion for property and skill for cultivating relationships built on trust and delivering a personal service to her clients has elevated Joanna to one of London’s most exciting young talents in the industry.
