Space conceived an ultra modern industrial interior for a show townhouse in the centre of Leeds.
In May 2020 we were thrilled with the rare opportunity to design and furnish a Show Home for a client's 16-home development of 2 and 3 bed houses converted from industrial buildings, a stone’s throw from the centre of Leeds.
Space was tasked with creating a modern interior design for a Show home to attract the younger homebuyer market to these trendy and unusual townhouses, in particular, to compliment the kitchen and bathroom design in situ. We were also asked to advise and supply window dressing, wallpaper and built-in wardrobes.
Taking inspiration from the industrial external presentation of the development, Space carried this style through to all finishes inside to appeal to a younger, trendy market. The client had installed a stylish dark blue kitchen and black grid shower screens, so all furniture and finishing touches were painstakingly selected to compliment. Our window dressing service and wallpaper completed the perfect mix of modern living and industrial history, crucially remaining sympathetic to this unusual development. This was all undertaken by Space over 1 day during national lockdown, with our delivery and installation team being directed on video call by our designer!
